What is included

Every region of your face, measured and explained, with a simulation of what your plan can change. Within 48 to 72 hours of your photos.
A new report every four months
At months four, eight and twelve: new photos, a real comparison and an updated plan.
A surgery-free plan
Care and style for each region, with a premium and a budget option.
One change per report
If you'd like your simulation different, ask once per report. A request we can't do doesn't count.
Colour analysis
The hair colours, makeup shades and clothing colours near your face that suit you.
Questions answered by our team
Write to us any time. Questions about your report reach your expert, without your name.
Extras
Optional, one at a time.
Extras are never part of the membership price and never pre-selected. Add one when you need it: when you sign up, or later from your account.

Four report windows
Each report has its own window. We remind you when it opens and before it closes. A report you don't use doesn't carry over.
Renewal and cancelling
Your membership renews after twelve months, and we remind you first. Cancel in your account any time before the renewal date; your year runs to its end.
A personal service
Your analysis is made for you and starts as soon as you buy, so a membership can't be refunded. At checkout you agree that we begin right away, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Can I add an extra later?
Yes. Express delivery, an extra change or an interim report can be added from your account when you need them. Nothing is ever added for you.
