Your photos stay yours.

What we collect

• The photos you take for your reports.
• The measurements we make from those photos.
• Your answers to our questionnaire: your skin, your routine, your goals and what you'd like to keep as it is. Some answers are about your health, such as skin conditions or medication, and they help keep your plan safe.
• Your messages to our team.
• Your account details and payment information, which our payment provider processes.

Why we use it

To produce your reports, build your plan and show how your face changes during the year. Nothing else. We don't use your photos for advertising, and we don't sell them.

Who sees it

The expert who reviews your report sees your photos, your measurements and your answers. They never see your name, contact details or age, and you don't see who they are. Our support team sees only what it needs to help you, and every access is logged.

Where it is stored

In the EU, encrypted in storage and in transit. Photos are kept apart from your account details.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Each new report is compared with your earlier photos, so we never delete them on our own. You can delete them, or your whole account, whenever you like.

Your controls

• Delete individual photos or your whole account, at any time.
• Download a copy of your data.
• Withdraw your consent, and we delete your photos.

What we never do

• Sell your photos or data, or share them for advertising.
• Infer your ethnicity or background from your face. If it matters for a recommendation, we ask you.
• Use your photos in our marketing without separate, written permission.

Consent

Analysing a face uses biometric data, and some of your answers are about your health. We ask for your explicit consent to both, separately from our terms, before you take a photo. You can withdraw it at any time, and we then delete your photos.
